We offer flexible means to promote the transactions, to best suite the convenience of the buyers.
Selling Regions
Currently our online shop supports shipping to USA, Canada and Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand and you can get the freight cost instantly onthe checkout page.
For other regions, we are able to sell but the freight estimation is not available online. Please contact us to get the freight quotation and proceed the order based on invoice.
Freight
The freight will show on the checkout page when the shipping address is valid. When a list of two or more freight options are displayed, please choose the lowest.
Shipping
All the goods are currently stocked in China.
Shipping channels available:
- Direct postal service: postal service will collect the parcels directly from our location.
- 3rd-Party forwarder: we will mail the parcels to the forwarders warehouse located in other regions of China where there are direct international cargo flights, and the forwarders collect parcels to offer international buyers economic freight services. They have connections to both postal and commercial express courier services at very low, discounted rates.
Shipping is carried out by postal service or commercial express couriers, depending on the destination and gross weight of the parcels.
For parcels of gross weight less than 2kgs, mainly by direct postal service, or express couriers via 3rd-party forwarders when available at equivalent cost.
For parcels of gross weight more than 2kgs, by postal service or express couriers via 3rd-party forwarders.
Delivery
Averagely it takes 7-15 days to deliver the parcels, starting from the pick-up of the parcel by the direct postal service or 3rd-party forwarder.
Usually it won't be more than 20 days. If it's already that long, please contact us.
For 3rd-party forwarder shipments, the domestic shipping from our facility to the forwarders usually will take 3 days.
Returns & Refunds
Conditions
- Within 7 days since the delivery.
- Package is complete and not opened.
- Package is not seriously deformed, not wetted or burned.
- Provide the photos of the complete package in all views and aprooved by the seller.
*Please take photos and film the abnormal package, and keep the images and videos for a while in case a dispute occurs.
Returning Address and Cost
Buyer shall pay for the returning costs, including the postage and possible repacking costs.
Refunds
When the returned parcel is received and examined, the seller shall fully refund the roder.
Quality Issues
Evidences of any quality issue of the goods must be submited within 7 days of the delivery or dispatch of the parcel as indicated by the tracking information. After reviewing and confirming the issue by the seller, the seller can choose a solution from the following options:
- Make a refund for the goods with quality issues.
- Replace the goods with quality issues with new goods at the seller's cost.
Parcel Nonreceipt
If tracking information shows the parcel "dispatched", "delivered" or "signed" regardless of the signer, the order shall be classified as delivered and refund shall not be supported unless the buyer reports the nonreceipt within 24 hours since the tracking information shows "dispatched" "delivered" or "signed".
After investigation, the seller shall make a full refund or re-ship the order.

Using Bank Wire Transfer
For all countries across the world, we accept wire transfer via banks.
For offline orders including the wholesale and other regions, we could send invoices to proceed payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
We also offer convinient and low-cost payments for customers from certain countries like Mexico, Australia, Europe, Brazil etc, where a local bank account is setup for customers to trasnfer the fund in their own currency.
If necessary, funds can be transfered to our local bank accounts in local currencies.

Tariff & Tax
Prices on this website does not include any tax or tariff. The buyer should pay all the tax and tariff, and they will be collected by postal service providers or commercial couriers when the parcel is imported to the buyer's country.
The buyer should pay the due fees, tax & tariff related to import of the ordered goods in time. The seller has the right to retain certain amount of fund to cover the related losses if a refund is necessary because of buyer's payment delay or refusal of the above mentioned tariff fees, tax & tariff related to import of the goods.
